Sydney Brittenham (formerly Sydney Johnson-Scharpf) has lived and breathed gymnastics for over 20 years. She competed at the elite level for Team USA for 5 years and then for 4 years with the University of Florida Gymnastics Team. Today, she is a full-time optional gymnastics coach, helping the next generation of athletes chase their dreams.

 

Throughout her years of training, Sydney found that natural products always worked better for her body than mainstream options. What began as a small hobby—creating simple, natural formulas for herself—has grown into herbal by SJS, where she now shares those products with others. She is also pursuing certification as a Family Christian Herbalist, allowing her to blend her faith, herbal wisdom, and care for her customers.
